Project Overview
Senior Care Staff is a mobile staffing application built for Senior Care Services Inc. to streamline how certified caregivers connect with in-home care job opportunities in Miami-Dade County.
The app serves as a central platform where Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) can register, receive real-time job alerts, accept assignments, and manage their active and past cases — all while maintaining direct communication with the agency.
The Challenge
In-home senior care staffing is highly time-sensitive and operationally complex. Agencies often face challenges such as:
Manual caregiver onboarding and approval processes
Delays in notifying aides about new care cases
Inefficient phone-based coordination
Limited visibility into caregiver availability
Fragmented communication between aides and agencies
Caregivers, on the other hand, struggle to find timely job opportunities and manage assignments efficiently.
The goal was to build a mobile-first solution that benefits both the agency and caregivers by centralizing staffing workflows.
Our Solution
We developed a caregiver staffing and case management mobile app that digitizes the entire hiring, assignment, and communication process.
The app allows caregivers to register, get approved by the agency, receive instant alerts for new cases, and manage all assignments from a single interface. At the same time, the agency retains full control over approvals, caregiver selection, and case assignments.

Caregiver Registration & Approval
Certified caregivers can register through the app. The agency reviews each application and approves or disapproves candidates before granting access to job opportunities.
Real-Time Job Alerts
Once approved, caregivers receive instant notifications when new in-home care cases become available in their area.
Case Acceptance & Assignment Flow
Caregivers can review case details and choose to accept assignments. The agency then selects a caregiver from among those who accepted the case and confirms the assignment.
