A marketing agency wanted a professional page for each of its clients, on its own domain, without hiring a developer every time. We set up the subdomains and a reusable page template, then handed over a guide so the agency could do it alone.

THE PROBLEM
Every new client meant another manual setup job.
The agency needed a branded web presence for each of its own clients, under its existing domain. Doing this by hand every time meant repeated DNS configuration and rebuilding a page from scratch, which doesn't scale as the agency grows.
Why it matters: every hour spent on setup is an hour not spent on clients, and every new client meant waiting for a developer.

WHAT WE BUILT
Subdomain System
Configured on the agency's existing domain so new subdomains can be created quickly per client.
Reusable Landing Page Template
Business name, service description, location, phone number, and a contact button, built to be duplicated and customized.
Per-Subdomain Content Loading
Each subdomain correctly loads its own customized version of the page.
Handover Documentation
Clear written instructions so the client could add subdomains and duplicate the template independently.
