Automated timesheet system

Grace Caretakers needed a simpler way to collect caregiver hours and prepare payroll. Paper timesheets and manual reconciliation were taking time away from running the agency.

I built a timesheet system with staff submissions, supervisor approvals, payroll exports, and a dashboard for reviewing hours and coverage. The workflow connects the agency's forms, stored records, and reporting so information doesn't have to be entered repeatedly.

The project replaced a manual administrative process with one shared workflow for caregivers and management.
