WhatsApp Flow Manager

Create a python app using fastapi, celery, RabbitMQ, MongoDB to automate the manual task of the Operation team sending advertisement to client through WhatsApp

The app function as a backend app that will receive a CSV of phone numbers, a XML diagram build on draw.io which the app can process and understands a flow from the diagram and reply to customer based on their answer. The main functionality is when customer gave consent their data will be generated to the CRM and people from the Marketing and Operation team can start the business

Later a new functionality was added so that no manual upload of CSV and diagram was needed, created an Automation to use the older customer data to send advertisement to them to generate more revenue should they start the flow again

This was one of the most profitable setup on the company now, since there is no need for a person to monitor which free up the team to work on other stuff, and it is generating revenue since we are getting Deals done
