A comprehensive, premium Framer template for AI agent and automation startups — 13 pages, 4 CMS collections (case studies, blog, updates, careers), a custom visual direction for the overall website. One of the more complex builds I've taken on end to end: positioning, UX architecture, copywriting, visual design, and development.
The brief
Every template in this category looks the same, dark, cold, interchangeable. But the startups buying them are new and unproven, and their site has seconds to look credible. The category's visual language was working against its own buyers.
The decisions
I built the deliberate opposite: warm and editorial where everyone was cold, because in AI, trust is the whole sale. Every section was structured around how agent products actually convert. Showing the agent act, and answering the trust questions real buyers ask. I capped CMS collections at four to respect Framer's plan limits, and built every graphic as an editable vector so buyers can retheme the whole site in one click.
The outcome
A distinctive, conversion-ready template priced at the top of the marketplace, and a case study in positioning as a design decision: spotting that a whole category was styled against its buyers, and building the opposite.
