Our app introduces an AI-driven feature for streamlining home inspection report generation:

Video Upload: Users upload a property inspection video.

Transcription: The app uses AI to transcribe the video, converting speech into text.

Key Frame Extraction: AI algorithms identify and extract key frames that highlight property features and conditions.

Report Generation: The transcription is formatted into an industry-standard report.

Integration of Key Frames: Key frames are added to the report, providing visual evidence of the property's condition.

This process reduces the time and effort required by construction workers for manually writing reports and taking property photos. By automating these tasks, the app simplifies the creation of home inspection reports, making them quicker to produce and potentially more accurate.
