Apollo — Procurement Workflow SaaS Explainer

Project overview Apollo by Payflows is an AI controller for finance teams. It turns a conversation or uploaded document into a structured purchase request, routes it through review and connects the data to the purchase order and payment workflow.

The challenge The process includes many participants and data points, but the benefit depends on making the workflow feel immediate and controlled. The video needed to show how one employee request becomes a complete, review-ready procurement record.

Creative approach I followed a realistic laptop request through conversational intake, document processing, Security, IT and Finance review, and the final purchase flow. UI animation, contextual zooms and restrained transitions keep each approval step clear.

My contribution UI motion design, product storytelling, compositing, transitions and final edit.

Deliverable A full HD SaaS explainer for product marketing, sales demos, launch campaigns and finance audiences.
