Python Project – Using Nasdaq Data Link API for Financial Data

Project Goal: Analyze financial data to assess accrued expenses turnover, and explore how this metric varies across companies and regions using the Nasdaq Data Link API

Project Outcome: Gained insights into trends in accrued expenses turnover from 2011 to 2015 across companies, and identified geographical differences by analyzing the average turnover for different countries

Project Methods: Retrieved data from the MER/F1 Nasdaq Data Link API, converted JSON data to a pandas DataFrame, filtered for accrued expenses turnover metric, cleaned and analyzed data for companies, and visualized trends using line plots and bar charts for regional comparison
