1. Strategy & Design
We started from the ground up: sitemap, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs tailored for e-commerce performance. Clean UI. UX that converts.

Our first collaboration: customizing a Shopify theme to get them off the ground quickly.

3. Full Headless Migration
As traffic and complexity grew, so did the tech stack. We migrated the site to a headless architecture (SvelteKit + Sanity + Shopify), built a custom auction module, and integrated advanced automations.

4. Internal Tools & Dashboards
We also designed and developed a dashboard for BuyWander’s team—real-time auction data, sales insights, and admin features, all in one place.

Later, we helped them transition to Nuxt + Sanity + Shopify Plus, scaling performance even further.
