Café Design and 3D Modeling Project

This café project began with only a 2D floor plan and no additional design input. Our team took full initiative — we analyzed the site location, selected materials aligned with the local aesthetic, and developed a complete 3D model in Revit. The final concept features a modern wooden façade with full-height glazing and an open, airy layout across two levels. We also proposed a pricing structure for design and implementation. The visualization helped the client clearly communicate the concept to stakeholders and initiate approvals.
