Young Love, we were when we promised forever,
Our hands held tight, our hearts jittered.
We loved like we had all the time in the world.
Until one day, one left and the other withered …
But seasons change.
Smiles come back.
Mysterious thing, time,
For it brought love back through mine.
STORY BOARD
The Concept
The film follows the emotional journey of young love, from the innocence of talking about forever to broken promises, through separation and heartbreak, to healing, rediscovering oneself, and finally feeling alive again.

From Idea to Film
I developed the project from the ground up, building the story and visual language before moving into production.

01 ——— Concept & Story
I developed the core concept and shaped it into a narrative exploring love, loss, time, and self-discovery.

02 ——— Script & Storyboard
The story was scripted and translated into a visual storyboard, establishing the emotional beats, compositions, environments, and cinematic progression of the film.

03 ——— AI Visual Development
I created the film's visual assets through generative AI, developing still imagery for each scene while maintaining a consistent cinematic aesthetic, characters, environments, and mood.
They make a promise to see the Northern lights together.
04 ——— Image-to-Video Generation
The still images were then transformed into cinematic moving shots using GenAI video generation, carefully directing motion, camera movement, framing, and atmosphere.
A promise that would eventually be broken.
05 ——— Post-Production
I brought everything together through video editing, pacing, transitions, AI voice narration (ElevenLabs), sound design, and audio mixing, shaping the individual generations into one cohesive cinematic experience.

The Result
The final film is a demonstration of how storytelling, art direction, GenAI, and traditional post-production can work together as a single creative pipeline.
The girl is left heartbroken, as the broken promise lingers in the air.
From the first idea to the final frame, I handled the creative direction and production process, turning an abstract emotional concept into a finished cinematic film.
The girl becomes numb emotionally. Her smile and happiness, all drained from her face.
Working on "All I See Are Auroras" felt deeply personal to me, as it reflects a part of my own life story. I wanted to lean into character-driven storytelling that feels quiet, cinematic, and emotionally resonant.
A timelapse showing time pass by, slowly but surely healing the girl. She gets her smile back.
I wanted to move away from rushed framing and instead focus on the subtle, lingering moments, like a pinky promise at sunset or showing time healing slowly but surely, and let those build naturally from the heavier emotional bits before.
She keeps the promise, and visits the Northern Lights by herself.
I’m really proud of how the film came together, capturing both the atmospheric depth and the raw vulnerability of the characters.
Coming a full circle, from a broken promise to it being fulfilled, just a little different.
