Leadtime Explainer Video (2D + Traditional Animation)

Explainer video for LeadTime, a task tracking and invoicing service. The visual direction was inspired by Notion's clean, minimal aesthetic. The project combined 2D animation with frame-by-frame sequences, which was a first for me in this style. The result turned out incredible.
The illustration style is another highlight: distinctive character work and a cohesive visual language that keeps the viewer engaged throughout the entire video.
