Label Top Avantages: application scoring and result emails

Label Top Avantages: from a 15-minute form to a personalised report

I built the automation behind Worklife’s label: 4 Make scenarios and 2 HubSpot workflows that check each application, score it and email the result.

Worklife is an employee benefits fintech start-up (Crédit Agricole group). In July 2026 it launched the first label dedicated to employee benefits. Companies apply for free and get a score out of 100, one of 3 levels (Engagé, Remarquable, Exemplaire), a benefit-by-benefit benchmark and a detailed report.

🧩 Stack

Make: runs the scenarios
HubSpot: holds the records and sends the emails
Webflow: hosts the form
Excel dashboard: holds the scoring
Slack: alerts the team

🏅 Flow 1

What happens when a company applies

Scenario 1, eligibility: on the first page of the form, checks the SIRET. A company that already applied within a rolling year is blocked.
Scenario 2, saved progress: stores the first page in a Make data store, so an unfinished application is not lost.
Scenario 3, reminders: sends 2 automatic reminders when an application stays unfinished, and already finds or creates the company in HubSpot, so the CRM is enriched whatever happens.
Scenario 4, results: finds or creates the company in HubSpot (known SIRET, else email domain, else a new company), computes the score and the benchmark from the Excel dashboard, then builds the HTML report.

✉️ Flow 2

From answers to the result email

Run code module: builds the HTML result email and the HubSpot note, and picks the call to action by company size.
HubSpot: the HTML becomes a draft marketing email, published by HTTP request. 2 HubSpot workflows send the emails when a property is updated. Make sends nothing.
Team: a note on the company and the contact, and a Slack alert.
Not mine: the form itself was coded by colleagues. I embedded it in Webflow and wired it to the scenarios.
