YouTube-to-Shorts — Human-Approved Video Workflow

The challenge A long video needs a repeatable path to useful clip candidates without losing human control over the final selections.

My contribution I built a workflow that prepares a transcript, recommends clips, creates a review workbook and cuts the approved timestamps. The review step makes the selection explicit before producing exports.

Evidence and scope This anonymized case study describes the implemented pipeline stages. It does not expose private footage or client records. Batch uploads and autonomous publishing are not represented as completed delivery.
