Overview
Minka, a designer and creative professional, reached out for help refining her personal portfolio website on Framer. The goal was to update key pages — Home, About, Portfolio, and Contact — while ensuring the site looked consistent, responsive, and professional across all devices.

What I Delivered
I went beyond the initial scope to elevate the entire website experience:
✅ Fixed all homepage and portfolio links
✅ Rebuilt CMS and side navigation for smoother flow
✅ Replaced About content and set image placeholders
✅ Redesigned the Contact page with a Calendly integration for scheduling calls
✅ Fixed and aligned the hero section on the homepage
✅ Added CTA card consistency across all pages
✅ Rebuilt and optimized the video CTA overlay to allow custom video uploads
✅ Ensured full mobile and tablet responsiveness
✅ Compressed large images for faster load times
✅ Added SEO-friendly tags and refined visual consistency

Challenges
The original template had several broken navigation and layout inconsistencies. Large images also slowed down performance, requiring optimization and responsive adjustments across all pages.
Solutions
By restructuring the layout and optimizing assets, I ensured seamless navigation, faster loading speeds, and a clean, cohesive design. I also added new functionality, including the video overlay and Calendly integration, to improve engagement and usability.

The redesigned website is now fully responsive, visually cohesive, and optimized for both performance and user experience.
