CXT Software | 2D Character

CXT Software | 2D Character Animation & Logistics App Explainer

Project Overview & Description:

CXT Software needed a high-end explainer video for vendors, dispatchers, and logistics partners that shows how their courier management platform streamlines driver routing, real-time package tracking, and last-mile delivery operations.

We engineered a custom 2D character-animated explainer video integrated with high-fidelity app UI interactions. By blending expressive vector character movements representing vendors and delivery drivers with sleek mobile app interface animations, the video transforms complex logistics workflows into an engaging and easy-to-follow visual narrative.

Key Highlights & Work Delivered:

1. Vendor & Driver Character Animation: Rigged and animated custom vector characters depicting real-world pickup, dispatch, and delivery scenarios.

2. Logistics App UI Motion: Recreated and animated clean mobile app screens showcasing live GPS tracking, route optimization, and digital proof-of-delivery.

3. Full-Cycle Production: Managed scene layout, character rigging, app interface animation, audio synchronization, and high-definition rendering.
