To help communicate information about users that I collected feedback from learners on the English Anyone website, and created a provisional persona and her journey with English Anyone.

How might we recreate the website to effectively attract and engage potential learners, ultimately increasing conversions and driving sales?

Solution

English language learners need a clear, well-structured, and user-friendly website that effectively communicates the course content, highlights the course benefits, and outlines the expected learning outcomes, enabling them to overcome concerns related to pricing, post-purchase support, and the effectiveness of the learning results.

1. Reinforce brand recognition and credibility

Create an emotional connection by showing a video about teachers and the impact of the course on learners' lives. *The video in the hero section would be better replaced with the instructor's self-introduction and a concise overview of the course.
