Client Background

A fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer skincare brand was scaling its Facebook Lead Ad campaigns, generating hundreds of daily leads. But their sales team had to manually review lead forms, extract phone numbers, and enter them into the CRM — a slow, error‑prone process that delayed follow‑up and risked losing potential customers.

Challenge

Manual data entry created delays in lead response time.
Errors in phone number formatting caused CRM inconsistencies.
Sales opportunities were being lost due to cold leads. The client needed a real‑time, error‑free system to capture and route leads directly into their CRM.

Solution

We designed and deployed a fully automated lead capture workflow using Make.com that connected Meta Ads directly to the client’s CRM.
