Guidebooks - how to rent a house

For this project, I created the design of 2 digital guidebooks on renting a house. The idea was to create 2 digital handbooks one for the landlords and one for the tenants explaining a set of rules and tips, in order to make the whole process of renting a house easier for both parties. The client ask me to use Canva to do it since he's familiar with these tools, and he can easily access the files and modify the info in case needed so I met his need.
