Client's Goal for the Project
The client sought a comprehensive understanding of the top 10 cryptocurrencies' market dynamics, with a focus on prominent coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin etc.
The goal was to derive actionable insights and accurate predictions using ARIMA and Facebook Prophet to inform strategic decision-making in the volatile cryptocurrency landscape.
Details about My Contribution
● I employed advanced statistical techniques in the EDA phase, unraveling key insights and identifying significant trends and patterns across the selected cryptocurrencies. The in-depth analysis provided a solid foundation for subsequent predictive modeling. Here are a few glimpses of the visualization :
● To accurately predict cryptocurrency prices, I implemented transfer learning and fine tuning techniques using ARIMA and Facebook Prophet models. The culmination of these efforts resulted in an impressive prediction accuracy rate of 85%, outperforming industry benchmarks and providing the client with a reliable forecasting tool.
● In addition to predictive modeling, I developed an interactive CoinMarketCapTableau Dashboard that integrates data from trading prices, volume, market cap and seamlessly integrating predicted prices from the transfer learning models.
● The Tableau dashboard offers a user-friendly interface for comprehensive analysis, enabling stakeholders to explore cryptocurrency trends intuitively.

● The project successfully delivered a nuanced understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics, empowering the client with actionable insights and accurate price predictions.
● The 85% prediction accuracy rate demonstrated the effectiveness of the transfer learning and fine tuning techniques employed.
