Hi! My name is Carol Lawrence. For over a decade I've been assisting my clients behind the scenes in their businesses through my business, Social Media Help 4 U.

Over the years I’ve offered a variety of services: all things social media-related (coaching, management, content creation), business operations, Woo Commerce, Shopify, newsletter services, blogging, copywriting, press releases, graphic creation, and much more.

When I'm not playing in the mountains of Montana, feeding my chickens, or dreaming in the land of make-believe with my three granddaughters you'll find me in my creative zone designing and bringing to life fun projects for myself and my clients.

Content Creation

Keeping your content in your voice, I'll take your authentic Zoom/Live transcript and turn it into a polished article, newsletter, and social media posts.

Blogs/Newsletters. Using Jounce Ai I can take your subject idea and turn it into multiple pieces of content. I can use Ai to come up with a baseline then I'll fill in with information unique to your brand.

One Sheet for marketing your skills as a coach or author (Perfect pitch sheet for podcasts and summits.)

PDF guides and short ebooks. I'll take your previously written content, the new copy you send me, and fill in with my creative copywriting skills by creating your pdf guides (add to your course, use for an opt-in, business promotion) or ebook (sell on your website, Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Etsy, Etc.)

Workbook 25-100 pages. Have you been wanting to publish a workbook full of activities to accompany your book, coaching, or course? Let's talk!

Press releases to let the media and public know what your company is up to. I only type it up so a team member at your company can submit it.

Unique graphics - I'll create unique graphics using Midjourney you can use to accompany your sales content or use in your POD product creation.
