Designed an AI powered WhatsApp bot to streamline appointment scheduling for a fintech startup (client anonymized for privacy purposes). The bot captures new leads from Meta Ads and integrates with WhatsApp and Calendly to fetch available appointment slots for lead communication. AI enhancements, including data enrichment, natural language processing (NLP), and sentiment analysis, are incorporated to personalize interactions, communicate optimal appointment times, and dynamically adjust follow-up messaging based on user responses. This bot aims to efficiently schedule appointments, reducing the time from lead capture to first contact, improving lead engagement, and optimizing the sales process by automating initial contact and appointment confirmation.
