Throughout my 7 to 8-month tenure, I worked as an independent freelance software QA, focusing on ensuring quality and performance across various platforms. I thoroughly evaluated and analysed user experiences, promptly addressing issues.

ProjectCentric is a cloud-based web and mobile platform utilized for managing, tracking, and facilitating technology installations.

Throughout the project, I took on the responsibility of overseeing and thoroughly testing builds across UAT, QA, and multi-environment settings for all three platforms: iOS, Android, and web Conducted comprehensive manual testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, as well as UI usability testing, to ensure platform quality and usability.

Collaborated closely with the client to address their specific requirements and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
