I set up a Zapier automation to notify me whenever he posts a video to his YouTube channel. The Zap sends me an email and adds a new record in a Notion database that I set up to manage his emails.

First I update the video description where needed and add chapters.

I then use customer.io (a really great tool) to draft and send an email to his subscribers telling them about the new video and any other news of the week.

I'm quick and reliable. Jason can publish his video and leave the rest to me. It's a great partnership.
