You should be able to put in the necessary efforts to ensure that your client is satisfied with the service rendered. Why is that? It’s because your next job may just come from that client. When the client likes the job, he/she will surely tell someone else about it. Take for example, you give a fashion designer a material to sew for you and the person did an exceptional job. When you arrive at that party, what we are going to be hearing is, ‘Omo my tailor na boss. She finish work for this my cloth’. In fact the way you walk into that party is going to be different. For someone like me that loves the right attention, I go waka tire for that party make everybody see my gown😂😂 And when someone asks for my designer’s contact details, they would surely get it😁 So as a business owner, ensure you meet client satisfaction. As Chidi Benjamin would say, “Overpromise and overdeliver”. This way you are happy and the client is happy which means more sales and more customers.
