Firstly, I will be talking about a series of events that happen in our world today. “Have Electronics destroyed a generation?” and its effects on today’s world. Different types of electronics have changed the world completely yet certain people don’t realize that. Is this a problem or can it be solved before it’s a bigger issue? Electronics may have become a problem but that doesn’t mean that you can stop it. One thing remains in question and concern: Have Electronics developed an issue within humanity with mental health being on a all time high? Or sleeping patterns being affected from being stuck in an endless time loop, or even delaying us from growing up?

2. The Impact of Electronics on Mental Health

Certain Electronics in today’s society are often known as a “Bad influence” on certain people. They fail to see the dark reality of it all when it comes to people with mental health issues such as depression, or anxiety. Do some electronics cause this mental health crisis, we will never know for sure. People hide behind social media to cover up their insecurities. They are scared to confront a person in real life if they don’t live up to everyone’s expectations. Mental health is a serious topic and I think it should be addressed with more respect because some experience such things as Depression and Anxiety trying to live up to people’s expectations. The more we stay on our gadgets it affects our social abilities, and causes fear of judgment leading to Anxiety. To reduce the mental health crisis, we need to reduce screen time for our world today, let’s make a difference.

3. The Influence of Electronics on Sleeping Patterns

Are Sleeping patterns affected by today’s technology too?
Sometimes I find myself drifting off with a phone in my hand around the peak of morning, and not even realize how much I’m affected and why I’m so moody but then I think back…”when did I even go to sleep?” I ask myself. Yes, these experiences are what I’m going to talk about to get an idea of how this affects our lives nowadays. Sometimes we see an entertaining video or argument on the devices we are on and we lose track of time trying to watch or take part in the argument. They often are not taught the proper way to sleep, which is no electronics an hour. before bed which will help them sleep better, instead they stay up all night and can’t fall asleep because your brain is on Hyperactive mode. The rise of electronics and gadgets has undoubtedly brought about significant changes in our world. While some may argue that electronics are a problem that cannot be stopped, it is important to address the concerns raised regarding their impact on mental health and sleeping patterns. Emotional health is a serious issue in today's society, and it is essential to recognize the role that electronics play a big role in this crisis. The constant use of social media as a shield to hide insecurities and fear of judgment may contribute to anxiety and depression. It is crucial to approach mental health with respect and provide support to those who are struggling. Moreover, the excessive use of gadgets can disrupt sleeping patterns, leading to a myriad of issues such as moodiness and a lack of productivity. The addictive nature of technology can cause individuals to lose track of time and hinder their ability to establish healthy sleep routines.
To address these concerns, it is imperative that we take proactive steps to reduce screen time for our youth. By enforcing guidelines and fostering a healthier relationship with technology, we can make a positive difference in the lives of the younger generation.
