A marketing site for a UK service that helps growing medical practices scale with admin staffing, IT support and CRM implementation.

The client is a UK service provider for medical clinics that combines admin staffing, IT support, CRM implementation and marketing under one roof. With 20+ years of practice management experience, they help growing clinics streamline operations so the doctors and owners can focus on patient care instead of paperwork. They're members of the British Medical Association and the Federation of Small Businesses, and have helped over 100 practices across the UK.

The founder needed a marketing site that properly reflected the calibre of the service, one that could sit next to much larger practice-management firms and still feel credible to clinic owners and practice managers evaluating their options. The brief was a site that communicated depth of expertise, made the full service bundle easy to scan, and gave the team a clean way to publish testimonials, news and service updates as the business kept growing.

Designed in Figma and built from scratch as a React front end on a headless Strapi CMS. Every service block, testimonial, news item and piece of marketing copy is a Strapi entry the client's non-technical team can edit directly, no developer involvement needed. Strapi handles content, React handles delivery, and the site stays fast, editable and easy to extend.

The "Your Thriving Practice" section lays out the founder's value props alongside social proof from the 100+ practices they've already helped. Each value card and each testimonial is its own Strapi entry, so the team can swap in fresh quotes or reorder the pitch without touching the front end.

The "Streamlined Solutions" section visualises the actual tooling the team manages day to day: Splose, Missive, G Suite, Office 365, VoIP, shared document systems. Because every integration block is a Strapi entry bound to a dynamic template, the team can add, remove or reorder the tools the moment their stack changes.

The result is a marketing site that scales with the practice, stays current without a dev in the loop, and does justice to the depth of service sitting behind it.
