6-month extensive bubble project in team of 5
Subdial is a luxury watch marketplace that provides users with live market estimations for their watches, offering options to either consign or sell directly. I was one of three Bubble developers on a five-person team, responsible for translating detailed Figma designs into a responsive Bubble app. My primary focus was on building and optimizing key client-facing components, including the client dashboard, watch submission process and customer payment screens.
Working closely with a project manager, our team met daily to assign tasks, update progress, and ensure that development goals were on track. Over six months, I contributed to multiple enhancements across the platform, optimizing landing pages to improve user experience and conversions. I developed reusable components, such as FAQ sections, to maintain design consistency and streamline updates.
Additionally, I helped implement a dynamic email order system using SendGrid, enabling automated, customized notifications for various user actions. By building these components with reusability and scalability in mind, I ensured the platform would remain adaptable for future growth and feature expansion. This project allowed me to showcase my skills in creating user-centric workflows and efficient, scalable solutions within Bubble, tailored specifically for a high-end, e-commerce marketplace environment.
