About this Project
Tornado Coffee Roasters is a Specialty Coffee Brand settled in Barcelona. Their constant growth required them to have someone to manage their customers service, courses and coffee presentations for new clients or events. Every week I get in touch with customers and assist them in their needs (presentially or online). I arrange, organize, and dictate courses like "Latte Art Basic to Advance", "Espresso Master Class", "Barista Foundation Course", and "Filtered Coffee Master Class". When we get new potential clients or specific events, we give a presentation of our coffee followed by an exhibition of filtered coffee, espressos, and latte art.
