- Developed feature-rich abstractions for emitting observability and business-critical telemetry data, and worked on integrating APM using Elastic stack to get insights related to API timings and system uptime.
- Created several business-critical dashboards in Kibana to analyze trends in the loan processing system that were blocking offer generation for 35% of incoming leads. This enabled the business team to negotiate better deals with lenders, reducing the rate of hard cuts and resulting in an estimated revenue increase of $300k per month.
- Delivered two new customized refinance integrations for onboarding new refinance providers, contributing to over $800k per month in additional revenue.
