Service Provider Transition Management

I have accompanied teams during the ramp up and ramp down phase. The familiarization with the existing agile processes, as well as the introduction of new workflows that work best with the service providers. The adaptations of the processes often took place in the sense of maintaining the authenticity of the teams and their needs and wishes. Not every team is the same and therefore needs that little bit extra to do excellent work.
