SAP S4/HANA Upgrade (2022) Conducted a feasibility study for transitioning from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4/HANA, optimizing the company's infrastructure and application landscape. Defined timelines, cost projections, and planned key preliminary actions. Also, developed the "TO BE" technology model, ensuring a robust framework for future scalability.

SAP PO/PI Integration (2022-2023) Led the integration of SAP PO/PI with key business applications, particularly Oracle, utilizing REST services through Oracle ORDS. This integration was crucial for ensuring seamless data exchange across critical systems, improving operational cohesion and performance.

WMS/TMS Integration – 300+ Transport Vehicles (2017) Managed a critical system integration between WMS and TMS for a fleet of over 300 vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
