Freelancer’s IBM Center for Cloud Training Landing Page Redesign



Overview

IBM and Freelancer have merged together to create and support the ecosystem of cloud developers. This program aims to help close the skill and talent gaps hindering cloud adoption. They needed help in updating the design in terms of the layout and the contest that is displayed on the landing page (https://www.freelancer.com/ibm/icct-certification). They posted this as a contest in Freelancer.com and I was the winner, beating 495 other entries.

Design Process

Since it was a redesign contest, I carefully observed and identified the design of Freelancer website. My goal was to redesign the page while maintaining consistency, adapting to the existing and applied styles so that my designs still represent Freelancer as a brand. I also reuse a lot of components that had been implemented in the website (such as buttons, pagination, headers, footers).
