Pivot AI is an AI voice receptionist for local service businesses.

It is designed to answer incoming calls, understand customer intent, capture names, phone numbers, emails, and service needs, support appointment-booking workflows, and automate SMS or email follow-up.

The platform uses OpenAI and OpenAI Realtime for conversational voice intelligence, Twilio Voice and SMS for calls and messaging, Google Calendar for scheduling workflows, Supabase and PostgreSQL for data storage, Resend for email notifications, and Vercel, Render, GitHub, and Sentry for deployment and operations.
