Kajabi Expert to Improve Functionality, UX, and Automation
The client had been running an online membership service for people looking to move to and live in Portugal.
She was looking to build out a Netflix-style platform of expert video information on moving overseas.
She couldn't grow her membership until she 1) improved the user experience, 2) automated tasks and communication, and 3) added integrations to streamline operations.
I audited her current Kajabi usage to identify how to improve it, where functionality and integrations are underutilized, where automations can streamline things, and if what they wanted to add/improve could be integrated, built, or if it can’t be done. I moved her existing Squarespace site across to Kajabi and subsequently built out advanced automations, improved the business processes and advised on strategy around the customer experience and marketing.
