Overview
As a specialist investor in social infrastructure real estate in the UK, Newcore invests in assets that are integral to society’s needs.
Newcore was founded with a belief that capital managers can provide strong returns for investors and intentionally create a positive impact for people and the planet. Our investment strategy strengthens the local economy and facilitates the wellbeing of communities.
Before and After
Newcore Capital wanted to communicate its story more compellingly, attracting new potential investors and consolidating its relationship with the existing one.
They needed their brand to be recognised, proven and respected amongst their key target audiences and investors, demonstrating their commitment to social value and sustainable development.
Newcore needed a strong, timeless and distinctive brand that would help the business achieve its goals creating a flexible brand identity that reflects the stature of the company, its core purpose, principles, values and beliefs.
User Interface (UI)
The website is minimalistic, modern and clean, with very clear visuals and a bespoke iconography I created. I took a complex brief and turned it into a simple, user-friendly, effective solution.
After creating the information architecture and developing the wireframes for all key pages, I carried out a design exploration to be aligned with our and the client's vision for the move to the UI.
Elements of UI and Branding
We then built the website in WordPress and hosted the site using 100% renewable energy with one of our hosting partners. As a brand that cares about sustainability, this is our best practice.
Their new brand logo was brought to life by including bold, super graphics throughout the website.
Newcore Capital now took its brand to the next level, aligned with its ambitions and values. The project was an incredible success, allowing the company to be unique and distinctive.
