Whilst I was an Engineering Lead at Pfizer I had the privilege of leading multiple scrum teams in multiple ARTs.

During my tenure I led the engineering efforts for the Helix Design System which was used on hundreds of websites across dozens of markets around the world.

My responsibilities included:

Managing multiple lead developers

Liaising with executives at the business

Working with multiple high profile stakeholders

Managing and procuring services from third party vendors

At Pfizer I was key to introducing new frontend technologies to our workflow including web components, figma and design tokens.

Automated testing and continuous integration were critical components to my teams success. I encouraged their adoption and facilitated negotiations with third party vendors in order to procure the best in market products to enable my teams.
