Design: Regularly used Figma to design social media posts, enhancing design and layout skills.

Data: Data processing to collect insights for seller engagement on social media and other channels.

eCommerce Research: Research the activities of any eCommerce Platform to get useful insight for the purpose.

Content Plan & Execution: Creating content for the online TikTok Shop sellers community group and other social media channels (TikTok, Zalo OA) that motivates, inspires, educates, and engages with sellers. Building Monthly Content Plan to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with responsive purpose and editorial strategy.

Community: Exploring and supporting potential sellers from public ecommerce communities or social media groups, engaging them in TikTok seller community group with funny Minigame and other engagement activities.

Thanks to my exposure to Sellers and listening to their insights across various categories (Grocery, Beauty, Fashion), I have learned how to create more engaging content and provide the most valuable knowledge to viewers.

Due to the need to create daily content, content creation and design have become a daily habit for me, allowing me to complete tasks quickly. This helps optimize my workflow significantly.

Achievements:

The total Reach and Engagement in January 2024 increased by +70% compared to December 2023, marking the highest engagement since the third quarter of last year.

The performance of Engagement Posts in Q1/2024 increased 13% of Reach and 6% of Engagement compared with Q4/2023, Reach 260% Q1 OKR of Reach and 101% Q1 OKR of Engagement.

Reaching 100% Q1 OKR for Zalo OA & TikTok

Posts and Email comm for the Zalo OA Race attracted over 400 registrations in a month, boosting interest in Zalo OA.
