Many auto repair shops still manage repairs via WhatsApp, physical notes, and constant calls asking, “Is it ready yet?”

I decided to build Fixly, a SaaS platform for organizing repairs, estimates with photos, and automatic notifications from a single dashboard. The idea was not just to digitize, but to design a simple system that truly reduces operational friction.

I developed it as an indie dev: rapid validation, multi-tenant SaaS architecture from the start, and a freemium model to facilitate adoption.
