Designed a post-purchase email campaign focused on increasing customer engagement, repeat purchase intent, and social community growth after the initial order. Instead of ending the journey at checkout, this campaign extends the brand experience and keeps customers connected.

Built a lifestyle-driven email showing how real customers wear their sunglasses in everyday moments.
Positioned products around relatable use-cases (dates, beach days, nights out, travel) to inspire more wear and future purchases.
Used subtle cross-sell opportunities by featuring multiple styles naturally within the content.
Added strong community messaging to encourage user-generated content and Instagram follows.
Included clear CTAs that move customers from inbox to social engagement.
Reinforced trust with shipping, reviews, product quality, and warranty benefits.
