Define Email Marketing Strategy

Define and execute complete email marketing strategy with a placement and consultant firm.

Their objective was to refine the data and then group them in individual buckets and then send targeted communication using campaigns and automations. Before that they wanted to warm up before starting the actual campaign execution.

Timeline: Project went for 4 weeks Budget: The cost was 700$ Deliverables: Phase 1- • DNS configurations: (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, TXT, CNAME, PTR records. Domain Authentication, Domain redirects, Reverse DNS, Public IP set-up with your Domain) • Account setup & integration with email sending platform • Configure your Business Domain address with your Email Hosting Service provider. Phase 2- Setup 2 platforms one for sending validated data from zero bounce and then getting the cleaned list and then Sendgrid platform to send these double validated emails Phase 3- Till the time domain is being warmed up, data can be validate with Zero Bounce Platform and lists can be created as per the warm up plan for Sendgrid account Phase 4- The warm up and reputation building process starts on Sendgrid to build the domain and IP reputation. Once this is finished then we start the actual campaigns on Sendgrid Phase 5- Monitoring of Campaigns, Spam Tests, Blacklist Monitoring, Reputation Management, Delisting Requests, Monitor the Deliverability.

Outcome: A great Email platform was setup and configured. Validated data with a defined Warm up and reputation building program. Post that template creation and then Campaign Execution delivered excellent results and performance
