These are the executive offices of a Panamanian bank, located in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The project is set within a colonial-style building, and the design seeks to strike a balance between the brand’s contemporary identity and the strong architectural presence of the existing structure.

The interior design prioritizes light tones, the warmth of natural wood, and the use of magenta as a distinctive brand accent. Elements of biophilic design are incorporated to enhance employee wellbeing, while organic textures, sand-colored palettes, and noble materials add warmth and sophistication. The result is a modern space that integrates respectfully with its architectural context.

The program includes an open space for nine workstations, a private office, a meeting room for four people, two phone booths, and a small coffee area that doubles as a break-out space for staff and a welcoming point for visitors.
