Vos Consulting and Tacy Riehm operate two closely connected Webflow websites. One for Tacy’s personal brand and speaking work. One for Vos Consulting. The project focused on refining live production sites, not redesigning them.

The work involved visual clarity fixes, structural cleanup, testimonial logic, logo hierarchy, content updates, and consistency across both brands while keeping everything fast, clean, and scalable in Webflow.

The challenge was volume and precision.

There were many small but critical issues. Blurry images, outdated navigation states, duplicated testimonials, inconsistent typography, incorrect links, and a growing logo library that needed clear hierarchy. All changes had to be implemented without breaking existing layouts or CMS logic.

My role was to act as the Webflow expert. Audit the sites, fix visible issues, catch hidden ones, and implement all updates cleanly while keeping the client informed and confident throughout the process.

Fixed image rendering issues on the homepage without degrading quality or performance

Cleaned and simplified contact forms and contact sections

Reordered and expanded logo sections with intentional credibility hierarchy

Removed outdated and incorrect logos

Structured testimonials properly. Correct order, logos added, duplicates removed, formatting standardized

Implemented testimonial navigation for better usability

Updated speaking topics and corrected navigation behavior

Fixed and updated social links

Unified typography and headers across both sites

Rewrote and structured the speaker bio for clarity and authority

Updated About section to reflect a team-based company structure

Added team member roles and content cleanly

Expanded logo scroll sections while keeping layout stable and performant

This was execution-heavy Webflow work. No shortcuts. No guesswork.

Both websites are now cleaner, clearer, and easier to maintain. Credibility is immediately visible. Navigation is accurate. Testimonials are structured for trust. Content reflects the current business, not outdated assumptions.

Most importantly, the client gained confidence that nothing was slipping through the cracks.
