HTML to Webflow Website: Company Site + Webflow CMS

🧩 The problem

A regional HR and payroll company's site had originally been built on Squarespace, but the client wanted to move to a new platform. A different developer was brought in to custom-code the new site in static HTML/CSS/JS — then left the project unfinished, with no content management system at all. The client's team had no way to edit copy, images, or launch new pages without going back to a developer every time.

Took over the static build and rebuilt it natively in Webflow across 12 pages, matching the original's complex custom design (layered gradients, asymmetric grid layouts, and custom hover animations) while finally delivering the platform move the client had wanted in the first place, this time with a CMS the team can actually use.
