Overview

The CNC HQ embarked on a strategic initiative to leverage technology in advancing its mission to make Nigeria open-defecation-free by 2025. The project aimed to enhance public awareness of this objective while streamlining internal workflows, from data collection at the community level to analytics and decision-making at the federal level.

Deliverables

A comprehensive, multi-stakeholder platform, including a public-facing website and dashboards, an internal portal for key stakeholders, and a mobile application for WASH field officers. This mobile app facilitated real-time data capture across over 770 local government areas, driving informed decision-making and enabling effective monitoring of progress.
