Built a complex Make.com bot integration that listens across both Telegram and Facebook Messenger simultaneously. Incoming messages are routed through a decision tree that handles multiple conversation paths — each branch delivering the right Messenger or Telegram response based on context, with resume steps controlling flow pacing throughout. A separate Telegram router handles a parallel track for a distinct use case, and an OpenAI layer sits underneath powering intelligent, context-aware replies across both channels.
