During my time in the healthcare industry as a Software QA, I was responsible for managing the hospital information system's web platform. I primarily focused on features related to finance, cashier operations, inventory and stock management, laboratory and radiology systems, as well as some of the medical record templates designed based on the physical medical record forms. I used several bug tracking tools throughout the project, starting with Redmine, then GitLab, and finally Jira
