SaaS | E-Commerce Management System Design

Beyond is an E-commerce management system and an one-stop platform for store sellers. Its core feature is to integrate store management tools and information for sellers to improve business efficiency.

This is a redesign project. The goal was to reshaped the operation flow and to optimize pages.

Style guide including color palette and typography were redefined to match company's branding. Brand colors, neutral colors, functional colors, font face, font size, font weight, line height and other details were reorganized.

In the old version, the operation flow was confusing and disordered. Users always found the system difficult to use and complained about the disturbing irrelevant information. A main demand was to show the business data straight and clear.

To improve and rectify that, modules were reordered according importance differences. Data module users care most was placed on top of the screen to shorten operation path and reduce searching burden. Visualize chart was added to enrich presentations of business information.

Filter areas were optimized too. Those most frequent searched options show at the front, while the less frequent ones were moved backwards or hided in the more button. Details like these help reduce decision difficulty and improve searching efficiency.

Tables also got reshaped. By sorting logic and categorizing data, tables were demonstrated in a clearer layout. The use of tags, buttons and other additional information help users pick up and compare data more easily.

Design system and components library were rebuilt and perfected along with the design progress. All the spec setting and design work were done by myself.
