âž¡ After hitting a wall with their growth, I was tasked to re-launch an across platform campaign to restart the growth of this personal brand.
We focused on:
★ Posted DAILY long form videos (10-40minutes) to Youtube and Podcast platforms (all scripted + edited by me)
★ Made a minimum of 3 clips per day from each video, repurposing them to IG, TikTok & Youtube Shorts
★Updated visual branding to create a more cohesive feel across platforms
★Prioritised comments section engagement
★When videos began to go viral, focusing on creating content around this topic to help continue momentum
★ Daily IG stories using engagement tools to build community connections
★ Testing multiple Youtube thumbnails to optimise performance
