DEVDAS REIMAGINED — A NEOGOTHIC × CYBERPUNK POSTER EXPLORATION What happens when a timeless tale of love, loss, and self-destruction is translated into a dystopian visual language? This personal project reimagines Devdas through a neogothic lens infused with cyberpunk aesthetics—blending decay with digital excess, and emotional ruin with hyper-modern visual noise. The intent was to reinterpret Devdas not just as a character, but as a system in collapse. At the core of the composition lies a fractured silhouette of Devdas—dissolving into neon glitches and liquid forms—symbolizing his gradual disintegration. Traditional elements like wine, chandeliers, and architectural motifs are reworked into corrupted, almost synthetic textures, echoing themes of addiction, obsession, and emotional entropy.
